For your child to attend Events such as a Camp, Hike, Unit Council Meeting etc, you will need to login to Scout Hub and accept the associated Event.

Lets say you got invited to RSVP for a Canoeing activity that is being run by the 1st Ermington Scout section.

You received an email from them asking you to RSVP. When you click the link in the email, its asking you to login and you simply can't remember how to login!!

Help! I dont know my username!

No problem! You can find out the username with just your email address by following the steps below!!

1. Click on the "Log in" button on the top right hand corner of the event page.
   
2. Click on the "Forgot login details" link.
   
3. Enter the email address in the "Your email address" textbox (this is the email address the Canoeing Event email was received in)
   
4. Check your email account for and email with the Subject "Scouts NSW - 1st Ermington Scout Group: Password reset".
   This email will have your username listed! Use it and the password to login!
   Now, if you also dont know your password because you lost the Post It note it was written on, the email also has a handy Reset your password button as well!
   

Help! I know my username but not my password!

No problem! Easy as.. You can reset your password by following the steps below!!

1. Click on the "Log in" button on the top right hand corner of the event page.
   
2. Click on the "Forgot login details" link.
   
3. Enter your username in the "Your username" textbox and click the "Request reset" button.
   
4. Check your email account for and email with the Subject "Scouts NSW - 1st Ermington Scout Group: Password reset".
   This email will have a "Reset your password" button to help you reset your password.
   
5. Quick, write it on a Post In note and stick it to your monitor before you forget again!
