Joey Scout Sleepovers
A Joey Scout sleepover is where Joey Scouts can spend up to 24 hours or so together as a Unit doing activities that they don’t have time to do during their weekly Unit meeting. We often complete parts of the Outdoor Adventure Skills at overnight activities. The activity is for Joey Scouts only, no non-Scout siblings are permitted to attend.

Sleepovers allow Joey Scouts to take the first step towards independence in a safe and supported way.

Joey Camps
We sometimes team up with other Units to run a Joey Camp. This is a good opportunity to meet other Joeys from Parramatta District. Joey Camps are a longer overnight activity, and are typically a 2 day, 1 night event.
