Cubs are invited to attend our awesome camp at Springwood scout hall. This facility is located 1 hour drive west of Sydney in the Blue Mountains.
On arrival we will put up the tents. Male Cubs will be sleep separate to female Cubs. Leaders and Adult Helpers are not permitted to sleep with youth and will be separated by gender.
During the weekend we have some exciting activities & challenges to participate in, some of which may include water, so pack appropriately. Please note that you must wear closed in shoes while on camp. No crocs, sandals or thongs.
All members to arrive and depart in uniform. Please make sure your uniform, scarf and woggle are labelled.
Please make sure your Cub has eaten dinner before arrival. Meals from supper Friday to lunch Sunday are provided.We plan to cook our dinner over the fire. No snacks to be brought to camp. We will be providing enough food to eat. Please make sure that you advise us of any medical or food issues. It is too late to advise us when you arrive.
All medication must be handed to a Leader on arrival in a sealed bag with name on the outside. Medication to be in original packing with clear administration instructions. Medication will be stored in a safe location and administered by an adult as required. Any asthma puffers and EpiPens need to be taken along to activities in a backpack.
All participants are expected to return to Ermington Scout Hall to assist with unpacking.

Adult Helpers
Although parents are not required, we will need a few registered Adult Helpers to assist at the camp. All adults attending are either Leaders or registered Adult Helpers. In order to attend an overnight activity as an Adult Helper you must be registered on our portal.
